COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN 

1.  ALL PLAYERS MUST BE TEMPERATURE CHECKED AT CLUB ENTRY POINT BY THERMOMETER.  ANY PLAYERS DISPLAY ILL HEALTH SYMPTOMS SUCH AS PERSISTENT COUGHING,  RUNNY NOSE OR FEVER  WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY INTO THE CLUB

2. DURING THE COURSE OF THE EVENT/TOURNAMENT; ANY PLAYERS DISPLAY SYMPTOMS AS DESCRIBLED ABOVE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE TOURNAMENT AND REFERRED TO VENUE MANAGEMENT

3. MASK WEARING IS MANDATORY WHILE INSIDE VENUE AND WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT

4. NO FOOD OR DRINK TO BE CONSUMED AT THE POKER TABLE

5.  HAND SANITISER WILL BE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION DESK AND ON EACH POKER TABLE

6.  IT IS REQUIRED THAT ALL PLAYERS MUST SANITISE THEIR HANDS AT THE START OF THE EVENT AND WHEN COMING BACK FROM A BREAK

7.  TABLES, CARDS & CHIPS WILL BE SANITISED BEFORE, DURING  & AFTER EACH TOURNAMENT BY THE USE OF ANTI-BACTERIAL WIPES OR DISINFECTANT SPRAY SOLUTION

8. 8 PLAYERS MAXIMUM PER LONG TABLE

9.  ALL TOURNAMENTS DIRECTORS MUST WEAR GLOVES WHEN CLEANING EQUIPMENT

10.  ALL TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS AND DEALERS MUST WEAR MASKS

11.  PLAYERS DETAILS MUST BE CAPTURED AT REGISTRATION TO ENSURE CONTACT TRACING CAN OCCUR IF REQUIRED.  THE DETAILS REQUIRED INCLUDE DATE AND TIME OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT,  FIRST NAME AND SURNAME AND EITHER A MOBILE OR EMAIL ADDRESS

12. A COPY OF THE SAFETY PLAN IS AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION 

13. TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR MUST DISPLAY INFECTION CONTROL TRAINING CERTIFICATE AT REGISTRATION
